Customers
A majority of our customers are retail travel agencies. These agencies vary in size, from major companies with multiple branches.
Another segment of our customers are composed of tour operators. As with the retail travel agencies, the operators also range from nationwide land operator with a fleet of vehicles and trained staff at their disposal. Usually, they will buy ground packages from other destinations from us, combine with their own air fare rates and utilize a pre-existing consortium of agents to promote these products.
The usual arrangement involves the purchase of ground packages from us, which they will combine with their own air fares for sale. Sometimes, we also create special packages custom-designed to suit their needs. Ad-hoc promotions are also one of the ways in which we cooperate with them.

Some of these include inbound travel agencies, hotels, airlines, cruise companies and car rental companies to name a few. Many of the suppliers are specialists in their own fields. By amassing a growing list of travel specialists under one roof, we ensure that our customers’ needs are well-taken care of.
